Cattle are very important in African traditions; they are seen to be of greater value than money and are used on many special occasions, such as at weddings, for lobola, cleansing ceremonies and for funerals.
Nowadays it is often very difficult for family members to find a suitable animal for the funeral rites. iNkomo Provider has been created to address this need and to ensure a dignified traditional funeral

Clients may choose any of the of the following permutations

- iNkomo & funeral cash benefit combined.
- Extended family and parents; may be added to both cash and iNkomo benefits
- Dependant children, older than 14 may be added to iNkomo benefit

Underwriting
- No medical examinations.
- Guaranteed acceptance.
- HIV and other pre existing conditions, like cancer, diabetes etc are covered (subject to the 6 month waiting period.)
Waiting Period
- Natural causes 6 months
- No waiting period will apply should death occur as a direct result of an accident
- Suicide waiting period is 24 months
