Building Cover

We offer more than just your standard Building Cover, the following benefits are automatically included at no additional charge:

  • Loss of rent cover is included for up to 12 months or 25% of the sum insured.
  • The services of a security guard are included for specific incidents up to a maximum of R3 000.
  • We include an Accidental Death Benefit of R12 500 on the estate of the insured for specific incidents.
  • Personal legal liability is included up to R5 million.
  • Power surge damages to the property are included up to R10 000.

Household Contents Cover

We offer more than just household contents insurance.

The following benefits are automatically included at no additional charge, with our Household Contents policy:

  • Household keys and locks up to R20 000.
  • Personal Injury for up to R10 000 for specific incidents.
  • Veterinary expenses are included up to R2000.
