Don’t forget the kids! While we know that your adult children will always be your babies, in this case we’re referring to anyone under the age of 21 as a child.

Plans that focus on a network of hospitals come at a cheaper monthly cost. This is the part where you decide if you’re willing to pay extra for flexibility, or if you’re satisfied with fewer options.

Step 5:

Your Medical Aid will include PMB (prescribed minimum benefit) cover, which covers emergencies and certain chronic conditions. So when we’re referring to “extra hospital cover”, we mean cover for the things that are excluded from your PMB benefit.
