Preventative care benefits and a maternity programme are offered through Health Booster on all options. Easy-ER is free, direct access to hospital's emergency room for medical treatment in emergency situations available for all Keyhealth members.

Platinum is suited for individuals requiring extensive medical cover. It offers unlimited hospital cover through a network of hospitals, with in-hospital specialist bills paid at 100%. Day to day claims are paid from a risk benefit. Thereafter, a self payment gap applies and then claims are paid from the above threshold benefit. Preventative care and maternity benefits are payable from the Health Booster.

The Gold option is suitable for young families and individuals. It offers unlimited hospital cover through a network of hospitals, with in-hospital specialist bills paid at 100%. Essence is a hospital plan and is suitable for young and healthy individuals. It offers unlimited hospital cover at a network of hospitals, with in-hospital specialist bills paid at 100%. A short list of in-hospital exclusions applies to this option including in-hospital dentistry. Joint replacements are only covered in the case of acute injury (Prescribed Minimum Benefits only). This hospital plan also offers cover for specialised radiology and certain preventative care and maternity benefits.
