The most recent award Hippo received was presented at the Bonitas Top Broker Awards ceremony held in March 2026. These awards recognise brokers based on performance, growth and sustainability.

Last year, in addition to the Top Broker Platinum Award, Hippo also received the Best Net Growth special award at the Bonitas ceremony, recognising net membership growth achieved during that year.

Medshield: National Top Performance (for 6 years in a row!)

Hippo received the Special Award for National Top Performance from Medshield at the 2025 Broker Imbizo series. 2025 marked six consecutive years of receiving this award, with 2020 being the first year we received this award. The Imbizo engagements are held across major cities in South Africa and bring together Medshield's broker partners to discuss strategic alignment and the delivery of consistent, quality healthcare cover to members.

Discovery Health: Platinum Prestige
