Building Cover

We offer more than just your standard Building Cover, the following benefits are automatically included at no additional charge:

Loss of rent cover is included for up to 12 months or 25% of the sum insured.
The services of a security guard are included for specific incidents up to a maximum of R3 000.
We include an Accidental Death Benefit of R12 500 on the estate of the insured for specific incidents.
Personal legal liability is included up to R5 million.
Power surge damages to the property are included up to R10 000.
