Credit Card/ i-Pay Instant EFT A traditional internet transfer, or electronic funds transfer (EFT) can be made if you are registered for online banking. You simply need to log in to your internet banking account after reserving your flight with us and you can then go through the steps to pay your total amount. Just make sure that you let us know that your payment is coming in by sending us your payment confirmation. This can be emailed to [email protected] or faxed to 086 679 5337.
Cheque Card You can opt to pay safely with your MasterCard or VISA cheque card for your flights. Much like paying with a credit card, you would need to insert your cheque card details before proceeding to pay. Following this, your payment will be forwarded to our payment security team for a standard background check which normally takes 24 hours to be processed.
Debit Card You may not have a credit card, but if you have a debit card you can gladly make use of that. Since we are officially an approved beneficiary at the four main South African banks you can use your debit card in your local bank. However, you need to ensure that your debit card is enabled for e-commerce. A debit card is enabled for e-commerce when the numbers on the card are raised. All you need to do is swipe your card at the Self Service Terminal, enter your Travelstart reference number, and there you have it!
Cash Deposit If you are not close to an Internet connection, you can make a cash or bank deposit straight from your very own bank. You simply need the banking details of our corresponding bank, and you can then make your deposit for the total amount at the teller. Should you wish to utilize the cash deposit option, simply select the EFT option when you checkout and proceed to your bank to make your deposit. Once the deposit has been made, the bank teller will provide you with a stamped deposit slip, which would then need to be scanned and emailed directly to [email protected], along with your booking number, the same day the deposit was made.
Now you can book your flights online and pay for them at your nearest Pep or Pick n Pay store. Simply follow these steps:
Simply follow the normal steps when booking your flights and select Pay@ as your payment method.
Hint! This payment method will only be offered for bookings worth R20,000 or less.
You will receive a reference number to take to your nearest PEP or Pick n Pay store to complete the payment.
Make sure you visit the store on the same day you made your booking to guarantee the best price.
You can pay for your flight booking with any of the payment options offered in store.
After you pay, your booking confirmation and e-ticket will be emailed to you immediately.
